Some people believe that owing,rather than merely renting,a home is of great significance.The following essay will describe why I think this is the situation and whether I believe it to be a good or a bad state of affairs.

To begin with,I can empathize with those that feel owning your own home is an important part of life. As a recent home-buyer myself,I can say the difference in being able to personalize each room and make it more than just another apartment filled me with an unexpected amount of joy. In addition to this,the financial investment into property is well-known and many people try and get as high on the property ladder as they can before retiring, and then downsizing.

For those that are uninterested or unwilling to enter the property market I can see the reasons for this. For a start, raising the initial deposit can be extremely difficult without going to the most popular bank in the world - Mum and Dad. Renting can be an easy option to begin, and stay with, if necessary. It is also well known that there have been multiple property crashes as recent as 2008 when the world suffered a global recesion, principally because of poor decisions by bankers, and individuals, on mortgages. t31838 1e01-m16:0dw allnba teanuoz 1ot.a

As for whether I believe it is a good or bad thing, I can unreservedly say that the advantages of owning your own property far outweigh any potential mishaps that may or may not happen in the future and I would recommend purchasing as early as possible.

Home ownership is an important issue in some countries around the world.In such nations,owning a home takes priority over renting,The reasons for this may vary from country to country,but regardless of why,buying a home has enormous significance.

It is interesting to consider why people may think it is more important to purchasea home rather than rent it.In some Asian nations,buying a home is an important milestone ina person's life,especially for men.It indicates that a man has reached adulthood,and perhaps more importantly,is now a viable candidate for marriage.Renting a home may be seen as too uncertain by some people.After all,under a lease,a renter is beholden to the whims of a landlord.The owner may decide to sell the property,or raise the rent,and if that happens the tenant may be forced out of a domicile.

Renting a place to live also may be too costly in the long run depending on where a person lives. For example,in many urban areas the cost to rent in a desirable location over many years can add up to almost double what it would be to purchase the same piece of real estate.For people or cultures that value long-term stability,owning a home is reasonably better than renting.

To be fair,for younger adults who are just starting their careers,it may be impossible to acquire the funds to buy a property. Even adults rarely have enough capital on hand to purchase real estate outright.However,owning a home is a preferable way to live.Not only does it allow individuals to live as they please in a place they can truly call their own,but they also have an asset that may appreciate in value over time.When one rents a home,it is a liability which costs money But when one owns a home,it may be sold in the future for a profit,which can then be used to purchase an even better home,or as cash for other endeavors.For these reasons,benefits of home ownership outweigh the drawbacks which may be associated with it.

In sum,home ownership is likely valued in many countries because it provides stability and value to a person's life over the long-term. Renting may be beneficial early on in one's life as an adult, but in my opinion,having a home which can be leveraged as an asset in the future is prefer-able to paying for a place to stay.
