　　With the ever-accelerated booming of science and economy, it seems that the younger generation is growing up into a world that everything is paperless, and smart phone is playing an indispensable part in our daily life. So frankly speaking, I definitely go against the new policy. Primarily, many people seems to live under the illusion that cell phones can only do harm to adolescents and get in the way of their schoolwork. However, as a typical user, I can safely conclude that they will also assist us in the academic field. For instance, we can search for information we need anytime, anywhere; through news websites like BBC, CNN, we can wide our horizon and expand the scope of knowledge. In the modern society, one of our best conversations happened upon a screen, with the smart phone we are closely connected to the outside world, thus rendering it unfeasible to totally ban the use of phones at school. In addition, from the safety regard, students can contact their parents more convenient in the face of emergency. Though there are potential drawbacks, I still believe with proper regulation teenagers can make great use of their phones.

　　People's answer might differ significantly from one or another towards to this topic. From my perspective, I tend to believe that it's a super brilliant idea to offer money reward when kids are doing a good job at school. Primarily, after a whole exhausting week or semester, young students do need the recognition of their hard work. At that time, if parents can give them certain amount of money as a reward that will absolutely cheer them up and serve as a positive enforcement. And this is a fantastic way for teenagers to learn that No pain, No gain, thus they we continue this outstanding performance. After all, for children, I can not think of anything better than getting a lollypop or ice cream by their own money. In other words, they can have the sense of fulfillment in the process. I still remember when I was in elementary school, my mom gave me 5 dollars for getting a full mark in the final exam, and I got myself a box of candy, to be frank, the glittering color and palatable taste still linger in my tongue. I deem that's the very first time I was extremely proud of my little achievement.
