　　People's answer might differ significantly from one or another towards to this topic. Frankly speaking, I do believe that it's beneficial for young students to take part in 40h community work. Primarily, this is an invaluable chance for adolescents to nurture their sense of responsibility and get a better picture of the world. For example, I go to the local welfare institution regularly. No matter the autistic children or the Alzheimer, I treat them patiently and equally. Making contribution to the society has already become an indispensable part of my routine life. Not only can I obtain friendship and the sense of fulfillment, but I get to open up my eyes to the outside world as well. In addition, the require of 40h is undoubtedly appropriate for it won't take teenagers too much time or get in the way of their schoolwork. Instead, it serves as a positive enforcement to motivate them serve the community.

　　With the ever-accelerated booming of economy, the issue of whether people should retire over the age of 65 is under the limelight. Even though maybe individuals can feel more involved if they leave their positions later, I still tend to believe this is so not a brilliant idea. Primarily, in the modern society, people are gradually getting used to this increasingly fast-pace routine life. Sometimes, working people are under unimaginable pressure and they take care of tons of things in a single day. However, as they get older, their physical ability will surely undergo a decline like perhaps they can not working extra hours after work, they can not be energetic for the whole day—in short, they are not "superman" in the office anymore, thus rendering them not suitable for their position anymore. Then, since they can not 100% finish their work, it's more reasonable to offer these jobs to the young college graduates who posse sufficient professional knowledge and need to put it into practice. This way, not only can we increase the efficiency of the corporations, to some extent, but the youngsters get the jobs they need and the olds can enjoy their life. To keep the society running in the right track, I sincerely believe people should definitely retire before 65.
