Dear sir or madam:

I am writing to you(第二人称指的是阅读信的人。) to express my dissatisfaction with one course of your school.

I enrolled in(一般过去时，因为注册课程是过去发生的事情。) this training course two weeks ago to prepare for IELTS. The course, as suggested by pamphlet of your school, aims to(一般现在时，因为这个课程的目的一直没有变。) help students improve vocabulary and speak fluent English. The advertisement also claims that(一般现在时，因为这个课程的广告一直没有变。) the course is taught by well-qualified teachers, who can help us acquire a foreign language effectively within one month.

There is,however, a gap between these claims and the quality of the class. I would like to suggest some changes to this course. It is also important to give us more opportunities to practice vocabulary rather than learning it by heart.
