Nowadays, youngsters are reluctant to allocate their spare time to exercising in open fields. Behind such reluctance are two predominant motivators, and hopefully some feasible approaches can be adopted.

Naturally, exhausted, they desire a sound rest in leisure time instead of doing outdoor activities which further drain their physical strength.

Fostering the awareness of leading a healthier life, young people may to large extent alter their current lifestyle. Additionally, educational institutions and businesses can on a regular basis arrange several outdoor activities such as excursions and mountain-climbing on weekends, during which students and youngworking professionals will be called on to smell the roses.
