The bar chart shows the top ten countries that generated and used electricity in 2014 mea-sured in billions of Kilo Watt hours(bkWh). The countries are China, the US, Russia, Japan, Indianada, France, Brazil, Germany and the Republic of Korea.
We can clearly see that China and the USA were, by far, the largest producers and consumersof power with a production amount of 5, 398 bk Wh and 4,099 bk Wh, respectively. Regarding consumption, they were 5, 322 bk Wh and 3, 866.
The other eight countries, had a production ranging from 1,057 bk Wh(Russia)to the smallest being 485.1 bk Wh(Korea). Usage figures were between 1,038 bkWh and 449.5 bkWh. If we add allof these up together they were still less than the top two combined.
In summary, it is obyious that power consumption was not related to populationThe us had two thirds less people than China and yet still needed a similar amount of power. (152 words)
