I think free music concert is a really good idea.

First, music is very popular. For example, when I was in high school, there were many different kinds of music clubs, like the rock band, jazz club, and the orchestra. Students are just fascinated with music. So it’d be great if they get to join a free concert.

Second, to open the library is not a good idea. Because it will make the library crowded and noisy. For example, I have been to the national library on the weekends. I couldn’t find a place to sit, there were people all over the place, I could hardly get through the bookshelves.
