My preference will be tackle problems with a sense of humor. Being humorous in anurgent and critical time can lower a person’s anxiety level. My colleague Michael is a very humorous person who never stops sharing his jokes. When we were working on an important project with a very close deadline, everyone were so very stressed out. Michael’s jokes brought some laughs and joys to the office, which actually made us feel less nervous. The sense of humor also enables people to spare more of their time and energies to figure out solutions instead of just sitting there and imagining negative results. Holding a sense of humor actually can help people be more creative and open-minded when solving puzzles.
