Undoubtedly, it's more than just common for us to have some sort of disagreement with our friends. From my perspective, I believe direct communication is the most effective way to solve the problem properly. Primarily, communicating honestly and calmly is no wonder the best, perhaps even the only way to figure out what's actually going on. By finding out what the problem is can we come up with an appropriate solution. For example, many disagrees among friends can be about where to have dinner or maybe just the answer to a math question. Talking to each other can help us make sure what each other thinks and needs so as to solve the dispute. What's more, misunderstanding can lead to further disagreement. Then communication is surely the best way to avoid that by putting everything on the table.
解决意见不合的办法相信人家个都会想到沟通，确实沟通也是比较好说的一个点。比 如：沟通可以避免误会、了解彼此的想法、把话说近也许就可以解决问题。

Unlike the common pattern of going to college first, I actually consider having a job first is a better idea. Primarily, just like many students who are taking a gap year, having a job can help us get a better picture of the world and of our future. Only by fully involving in this cruel but real world can we truly understand what we cherish and want to pursue. For instance, doing a part time job at a law firm makes me ascertain majoring in law. In addition, when it comes to the high tuition fee for college, not all family can support their kids to pursue the expensive education. Thus taking a job first can aid students save certain amount of money and relieve their financial burden..
