托福口语Task2范文：学生是否应该被允许带手机进教室

　　这是一道2007年11月11日托福考试口语真题，确也是当下最受关注的主题之一，学生到底应不应该代手机上课。具体题目请看如下。

　　题目：State whether you agree or disagree with the following statement. Then explain your reasons, using specific details in your explanation. Students should not be allowed to bring cell phones into the classroom.

　　托福口语范文：Basically I agree with the idea that students should not be allowed to bring cell phones into the classroom. First, for students with little or no self-control, it is very likely that they will indulge themselves in playing with their phones and spare limited attention or energy on things they are supposed to focus on at school. In this situation, cell phone use is clearly disturbing and interfering with their school work, which might develop into bigger problems that even put their future in jeopardy. Second, as students are being held in a relatively enclosed environment in the classroom, it’s quite easy for one to disturb another with his or her cell phone use. In this way, negative influences of cell phones will not only harm individual student but also comprise the learning environment of the class as a whole.
