如何描述【比较】关系

2013 VS 2003，相对靠后的时间比较于更早的时间。

两种写作写作思路：1)先简单描述更早的时间，再着重描述靠后的时间。2)直接描述靠后的时间，同时与靠前的时间进行比较。
