　　You are going to another country to study. You would like to do a part-time job while you are studying, so you want to ask a friend who lives there for some help.Write a letter to this friend. In your letter* give details of your study plans

　　Dear Emma,

　　亲爱的爱玛，

　　Last month, I applied for the translator training program at the University of Queensland. Now, I’m writing this letter to inform you that I’ve enrolled at the school of advanced translation. My training project is said to complete by the end of this December, so I have to stay in Brisbane for the whole duration.

　　上个月，我申请了昆士兰大学的翻译训练课程。此刻，我写信告知你，我已经被翻译学院录取了。我的培训计划将在今年十二月底结束，因此我不得不在这期间一直待在布里斯班。

　　As you know, the tuition fee and rental accommodation are quite expensive. Hopefully, I would be able to seek a part-time job which will cover some part of the costs of my stay in your city. Besides, although in this semester I’ll have a middle break in August, I think I won’t come back to China, because I can’t stand the intense heat here in scorching summer days.

　　如你所知，学费和住宿费都不便宜。我希望能找一份兼职工作，从而补贴我在你们城市的生活开销。此外，虽然这个学期我将会在八月份有个半期假，但我想我不会回国的，因为我真受不了国内烈日炎炎夏日的酷暑。
