雅思口语话题范文:
Well, I once saved money in order to buy a VIP ticket of the Jay Chou’s live concert. When I was a freshman student, Jay Chou held a live concert in my city. As a crazy fan of Jay Chou, I was eager to buy a VIP ticket in order to have a close contact with my idol. However, as a poor student, it was impossible for me limited living expense. In this case, I decided save money in order to make my dream come true. Firstly, I controlled my daily expense and forced myself to save 10 RMB per day. Secondly, I did some part-time jobs, including giving out the leaflets, tutoring the elementary school students, and so on during the weekends. After one and a half month, I finally saved 1300 RMB in total and bought the VIP ticket I wanted.
To be honest, I was very proud of this experience. I felt that I could earn the money by myself. I felt that I could earn the money by myself. While I was doing those part-time jobs, I realized that it was not an easy task for my parents to earn more money and I would try my best to earn more money in the near future in order to relieve the financial pressure of my parents. Moreover, I also felt very sat isfied since I finally saw my idol with my own eyes.

雅思口语高分范文:
The experience I am going to talk about is that I saved money for a Walkman, which is a small equipment to play music, a little bigger than the cellphone. With it, you can listen to music anywhere at any time.
That is about 11 years ago, when I was in the secondary school. At that time, cellphone was still a luxury that few people could afford, and Mp3 player was very rare. If people wanted to listen to music, they were likely to turn to the big tape recorder. If you had a Walkman then, you were standing at the edge of fashion and would attract huge attention in the campus.
I always wanted one. But since it was not relevant to my study, it was almost impossible to get sponsorship from my parents. So I decided to save money by myself. I cut off all the non-essential spending, stopped attending any social activity that might cost money, and reduce my food budget from 20 RMB a day to 15 RMB.
3 months later, I saved about 600 yen, just enough to buy the Walkman. That weekend, I went to the shopping mall and got what I wanted. The moment I opened the box, I felt a great sense of satisfaction. Everything I had suffered finally paid off.
