　　Describe an experience of good service in a shop or restaurant.

　　You should say:

　　What the service was

　　When and where it happened

　　How you felt about it

　　And explain why you think it was a good service.

　　Um….Haidilao is a popular Sichuan hotpot chain running more than 60 restaurants in China. It has a nationwide reputation for its spectacular and hospitable customer service. There are a few chains in Beijing, the one I visited last time was in Wangfujing. I believe the service they provided was far beyond my expectations.

　　In Haidilao, even waiting for seats can be enjoyable...seriously. Haidilao offers different drinks and trays of nibbles on the table to those customers who wait to be seated as waiting time can be very long. But once seated, the caring waiter/waitress will provide me a glasses cloth to wipe if my glasses steam up from the hot pot. All in all, I think Haidilao is a great place to enjoy an intimate meal, check it out.
