Undoubtedly tertiary education aims to equip students with proficient professional skills and capability to make a living in a society. Other than academic knowledge and experience in first provides a platform for young adults to form their own general personalities. Since them ingle with various kind of people passively and actively in collage setting，they would unconsciously or purposefully learn from others according to their own believes and Values. Furthermore the learn of some soft-core skills like time management and critical thinking which definitely will benefit them in the future. For instance later in time when they have something serious to do, they will be capable for sensibly utilizing their time, resources and energy in order to optimize it with standards.
